Part-Time Seasonal Office Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, quick-learning office assistant to support our busy seasonal operation.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for part-time flexible work with the potential to return year after year during our busy season.

Schedule

  • Flexible 2–3 days per week
  • Hours/days may vary based on business needs
  • Seasonal position with opportunity for repeat employment each year

What We’re Looking For

  • Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
  • Friendly and professional with customers
  • Basic computer/office software proficiency
  • Ability to work independently after training

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience in office administration / customer service
  • Knowledge of construction, landscaping, or building materials industry
  • Experience with scheduling / dispatching

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist customers
  • Schedule concrete deliveries / material pickups
  • Process invoices and customer payments
  • Assist with order entry and paperwork
  • Support daily office operations / administrative tasks
  • Communicate with yard and dispatch staff
