- Experience in office administration / customer service
- Knowledge of construction, landscaping, or building materials industry
- Experience with scheduling / dispatching
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Schedule concrete deliveries / material pickups
- Process invoices and customer payments
- Assist with order entry and paperwork
- Support daily office operations / administrative tasks
- Communicate with yard and dispatch staff
