Girlplower Landscaping is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Secretary to support our growing landscaping business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage scheduling and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule estimates, appointments, and service calls
- Manage company calendar and daily schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Organize paperwork, invoices, and office files
- Coordinate with crews regarding scheduling updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Experience with scheduling and customer service
- Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software)
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
