Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls or taking messages as needed
- Greet visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support office operations and client information management
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping
- Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing general administrative tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring all correspondence is professional and error-free
Requirements
No specific requirements basic computer skills and can use computer
- Basic office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Decent typing speed and accuracy along with proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation
- Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous, especially in medical or dental settings
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, calendar management, filing systems, and general administrative procedures is preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking across various responsibilities

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
