What You’ll Do

• Maintain a consistent, professional presence at assigned posts

• Conduct routine patrols to support a safe, calm, and controlled environment

• Monitor activity and complete accurate, detailed reports

• Respond appropriately to incidents using established procedures

• Provide courteous, professional interactions with employees, residents, and guests

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Follow all post orders and company expectations

Who We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented with strong observation skills

• Professional in communication, appearance, and conduct

• Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting and communication

Experience in security, customer service, military, or law enforcement is a plus but not required.

Minimum Requirements

• Willingness to take a background check and drug screening if required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

• Own a smartphone (for clocking in, reporting, communication)

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or drive for extended periods

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
