Position: Assistant Site Manager

Location: Tri City Self Storage - Loomis, CA

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about available storage units, pricing, and services.
• Help customers choose the right storage solution to meet their needs.
• Conduct property tours and explain security features and access procedures.
• Manage rental agreements and process payments accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including office and storage areas.
• Perform routine inspections of storage units and common areas.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and ensure proper functioning of facility equipment.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Physical ability to perform light lifting and walk around the facility.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or property management is a plus.
