Part-Time Senior Administrative Assistant / Home Organizer

Huntington Beach area. Seeking an organized, detail-oriented person to assist a senior professional couple, who currently direct and review their own affairs, with:

paying bills; online correspondence; emails; filing systems; routine account-access issues, along with incoming and outgoing phone calls necessary to resolve arising issues.

Duties may include organizing records, preparing labels, tabs, and folders for an existing Pendaflex system, and following up on suspicious-item blocks or fraud-related issues affecting checking or credit card accounts, including online responses to information requests.

A dedicated Windows 11 laptop, including Microsoft Office, is available for the candidate’s use, though its use is optional.l

Work is expected to be primarily in our home, with some tasks handled elsewhere if desired by the candidate.

Preferences: ChatGPT is available locally; familiarity is preferred. Bonded status is preferred. Prior experience with seniors, administrative support, organizing, or daily money management is preferred.

Qualified current students: with an appropriate background are also welcome to apply; in such cases, bonding is not required and duties may be adjusted accordingly.

Compensation/Benefits: Flexible part-time hours. Compensation is generally expected to be about $35–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with heavier initial hours and lighter ongoing support thereafter. References required.
