Established company is seeking a Part-Time Senior Bookkeeper with 5+ years of verifiable experience and a strong background in construction bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Job cost tracking and expense coding
  • Vendor and subcontractor communication and records
  • General bookkeeping and accounting support

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of verifiable experience as a senior bookkeeper or accountant within the construction industry is required.
  • Construction industry experience required
  • Professional references required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Quicken
  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and journal entries accurately and efficiently.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
