- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Job cost tracking and expense coding
- Vendor and subcontractor communication and records
- General bookkeeping and accounting support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable experience as a senior bookkeeper or accountant within the construction industry is required.
- Construction industry experience required
- Professional references required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or Quicken
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and journal entries accurately and efficiently.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
