Part-Time Senior Freight Dispatcher / Brokerage Consultant

Growing commercial freight brokerage seeks an experienced brokerage-side dispatcher / operations consultant to improve quoting, dispatch, and carrier sourcing systems.

We have a dispatcher in place and are looking for a seasoned freight professional (5+ years brokerage experience) to help train, refine workflow, and support live quoting.

Must have strong experience in:

• Reefer LTL and FTL
• Dry Van
• Flatbed / Step Deck / Lowboy
• Hotshot / Gooseneck
• Partial & LTL freight

Responsibilities:

• Train dispatcher and support team
• Improve quoting speed and accuracy
• Negotiate carrier rates effectively
• Assist with complex / hard-to-cover loads
• Strengthen margin control

Part-time | Flexible hours |

Brokerage-side experience required
