About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time SEO Specialist who also has strong website design experience. This role blends technical SEO expertise with front-end design skills to improve website performance, visibility, and user experience.

You’ll be responsible for optimizing client websites for search engines and user engagement while also handling landing page design and site monitoring/updates for other clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement recommendations
• Optimize website structure, content, and performance for improved rankings
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content strategy planning
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly site builds
• Build or refine landing pages and websites with attention to speed, accessibility, and usability
• Track, analyze, and report SEO metrics and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and web design trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SEO experience with measurable results
• Proven experience designing and optimizing websites (Webflow experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and site performance optimization
• Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-first design
• Excellent communication and time management skills
