Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as OpenTable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure seamless order processing.
• Upsell menu items and specials confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate billing.
