Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, and special requests promptly
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife venues
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or equivalent platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus, along with basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering tasks

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
