Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation practices
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen support roles enhances your ability to serve effectively
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Proven ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in host/hostess roles or serving positions that involve guest relations is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
