Part-time Server

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-time Server to join our dynamic team. As a Part-time Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS systems
• Provide attentive and personalized guest service to enhance the dining experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
• Support team members during busy hours, including night shifts and weekends

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment under pressure
• Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus
