Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper POS procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed
• Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Assist with reservations using OpenTable or similar booking platforms and coordinate seating arrangements for optimal flow

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs, is highly preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
• Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or hospitality positions is advantageous
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights as required in a fast-paced environment
