Part-time Server/Host

Bumblebee Flowers & Tea, a boutique tea house and restaurant in Lake Oswego, is seeking a part-time server to join our team. We offer afternoon tea service during the day and an Asian-inspired dinner menu paired with fresh teas and local wines in the evening.

We are looking for an experienced professional server who can execute refined steps of service while collaborating effectively within a small team. The ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude under pressure and takes pride in providing exceptional guest experiences while contributing to team responsibilities.

General Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of serving experience (some fine dining experience is mandatory).

- Ability to master a comprehensive tea menu and share the brand’s story with guests.

- Strong time management skills; self-motivation to manage tasks efficiently during slower periods.

- Commitment to maintaining a neat, professional appearance.

- Willingness to share front-of-house responsibilities, including hosting and bussing, if needed.
