Part Time Servers - Evenings and Weekends

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and service‑oriented Part Time Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests on evenings and weekends. Servers create a welcoming atmosphere and providing high‑quality food service in our community.

What You’ll Do

• Help with opening and closing tasks each day.
• Make sure meals are delivered correctly and follow any special diet needs.
• Assemble and plate food items as ordered.
• Prepare simple items like sandwiches, salads, soups, or drinks.
• Check in with residents and guests to make sure they’re enjoying their meal.
• Clear tables, remove trays, and return dishes to the kitchen.
• Keep dishes, utensils, and work areas clean and sanitized.
• Reset and tidy the dining room after each meal.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies at serving stations.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow safety practices, including proper equipment use and safe body mechanics.
• Prior experience in dining services or customer service preferred.
• Understanding of customer service principles, including assessing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in confined kitchen areas and high‑temperature environments.
• Able to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, standing, stooping, and handling materials.
• Long periods of standing required.
