Seiko’s Auto Service is looking for a part-time office assistant who is organized, friendly, dependable.

About Seiko’s Auto Service

Seiko’s Auto Service is an established independent repair shop in Monrovia specializing in Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Honda, Acura, Mazda, and hybrid vehicles. The shop has been serving the community since 2014 and is focused on changing the way people feel about auto repair through better communication, trust, convenience, and quality service.

What You’ll Be Helping With

This role will support the front office and service team with daily tasks such as:

  • Greeting customers and helping them feel welcome
  • Answering phones and taking clear messages
  • Helping schedule appointments
  • Assisting with customer updates and follow-up communication
  • Supporting the service advisors
  • Helping organize paperwork, digital records, and customer information
  • Assisting with parts lookups or basic administrative support as trained
  • Helping keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
  • Learning how repair orders, estimates, digital inspections, and customer communication work

Who We’re Looking For

The right person for this role does not need to come from the automotive industry, but they do need to be dependable, positive, and willing to learn.

  • Is comfortable using computers, phones, tablets, and online systems
  • Can stay organized in a busy office environment

Automotive experience is helpful, but not required. Customer service, scheduling, office support, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience can all translate well into this role.

Schedule

Preferred schedule:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–3:00 PM

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow as the shop grows and as the right person develops into a stronger front-office role.
