Part-Time Shop and Studio Assistant

Callie Blanks Interiors is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant to support our shop and design studio. This is a flexible, easygoing role for someone who enjoys being in a beautiful, creative environment and is happy to lend a hand where needed.

Schedule:

• 2–3 weekdays (flexible scheduling)
• Occasional Saturdays (a couple per month)
• Opportunity for additional hours during the summer

What You’ll Do:

• Help keep the shop looking polished, organized, and welcoming
• Greet customers and assist with sales support
• Support the design team with simple office and administrative tasks
• Run local errands (returns, pickups, sourcing items)
• Assist with occasional in-store events and gatherings
• Help organize inventory, samples, and back-of-house areas
• Receive and unpack deliveries

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organized with a good eye for detail
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with people
• Someone who enjoys staying busy and being helpful
• Able to manage a variety of small tasks throughout the day
• Reliable transportation for local errands
• An appreciation for interiors, retail, or hosting is always a plus

About Us:
Callie Blanks Interiors is a boutique interior design studio and shop in Houston’s Memorial area. Our work is rooted in creating spaces that feel layered, welcoming, and personal—and our shop reflects that same spirit with a curated mix of vintage pieces, custom furnishings, and unique finds.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
