Part-Time Shopify Specialist, Graphic Design & Social Media (as needed role)

We are a growing embroidery and new pet apparel company focused on elevated, stylish designs for modern pet lovers. Our brand aesthetic is cohesive, intentional, and quality-driven — and maintaining that look and feel is essential to our growth.

We are looking for someone who not only executes tasks, but truly understands branding, visual identity, and e-commerce growth.

Position Type:
Remote + In person meet-ups | Flexible / Project-Based | As needed

Responsibilities:

• Develop cohesive visual branding across platforms
• Create product launch graphics and promotional materials
• Upload products and update content within Shopify
• Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Manage and optimize our Shopify e-commerce store, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and SEO-friendly
• Develop eye-catching graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance product pages, social media posts, and marketing campaigns
• Implement social listening techniques to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
• Can design polished, on-brand graphics (not template-heavy or generic)
• Experience managing or creating content for social media accounts
• Experience working with Shopify (opening store online, product uploads, descriptions, theme edits)
• Eye for branding, color consistency, and modern design trends
• Cares about visual consistency and brand storytelling
• Ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications / Experiences

• Proven experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify or similar online storefronts
• Fashion, embroidery, or pet industry experience
• Familiarity with Shopify apps and email integrations
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools
• Ability to assist in producing high-quality photography and video editing content for digital channels
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency
