Now Hiring: Part-Time Site Managers
We’re looking for responsible, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Site Managers. This position is perfect for those who take pride in leading teams, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent service and safety standards for clients and facilities.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and provide hands-on support as needed
• Perform light maintenance and small repair tasks
• Address client and tenant inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Represent IFSH at meetings, inspections, and community events
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service partners
• Monitor site expenses and assist with budget management
• Keep detailed and accurate operational records
• Act as a key liaison between employees, clients, and management

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Background in facilities, maintenance, or property management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or operations
• Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and custodial services
