Locations: Lynnwood (Alderwood Mall) & Shoreline
Pay: $17.13/hour + tips
Hours: 15–30 hours weekly | 2–5 shifts per week
Year-round position only (no seasonal hiring)

Who This Job Is For

We are specifically looking for people who:

• Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Are naturally friendly and comfortable talking to customers
• Work well in a team and communicate clearly
• Stay calm, focused, and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Take pride in doing things the right way, even when it’s busy
• Want consistent hours and a reliable schedule (not just a short-term job)

Bonus if you’ve worked as a barista, in food service, or in any role where speed + people skills matter.

What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll be making smoothies, serving customers, and keeping things running smoothly (literally and figuratively). Every shift includes:

• Greeting customers and keeping the energy positive
• Making smoothies accurately and quickly
• Handling orders and cash transactions
• Cleaning, stocking, and prepping ingredients
• Supporting your team so no one gets buried during rushes
• Keeping the store running like a well-oiled machine

Locations & Schedule

We strongly prefer team members who are available at BOTH locations:

• Lynnwood (Alderwood Mall)
• Shoreline

Expect 2–5 shifts per week and 15–30 hours weekly depending on availability and performance.
