Part-Time Social Content Creator (Beauty Industry)

We are looking for a Social Content Creator to help bring our brand to life across social platforms through engaging content and influencer partnerships.

Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time, on-site Social Content Creator to produce engaging, trend-forward social media content and support influencer outreach initiatives. This role will work throughout our office and production facility capturing authentic content that showcases our products, team, and brand story.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and confident generating content ideas independently.

Schedule

• Approximately 10–15 hours per week, depending on availability
• A few hours per day, several days per week
• Work must be performed on-site during business hours (Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Opportunity for increased hours and expanded responsibilities based on performance and business needs

Compensation

• $28 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other social media
• Capture in-office and facility-based content including behind-the-scenes production, product highlights, brand storytelling, and team culture
• Plan, film, and edit short-form video content aligned with current social media trends and brand voice
• Assist in developing and maintaining a social content calendar
• Identify, research, and reach out to influencers and content creators for brand collaborations
• Help coordinate PR mailers and influencer campaignsTrack influencer partnerships and maintain communication with collaborators
• Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions across social platforms
• Support brand visibility by engaging with trending and relevant social media content through comments and interaction
• Stay current on beauty industry trends, social media best practices, and content opportunities
• Collaborate across departments to support campaigns and product launches

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience creating social media content within the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry
• Proven experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Experience working with influencer outreach, creator partnerships, or PR campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content performance strategies
• Proficiency in content editing tools
• Strong visual storytelling skills and creative eye for brand aesthetics
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Comfortable working on-site and capturing content in an active production environment
• Comfortable appearing on camera when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with beauty or personal care brands
• Basic photography, lighting, and product styling experience
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
