Duties

• Develop and execute compelling social media content tailored to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, aligning with brand voice and marketing goals
• Design eye-catching graphics and videos
• Manage daily social media activities
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and promotional campaigns, to ensure cohesive messaging
• Track web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and refine future content plans
• Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community loyalty

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating high-quality visual content
• Strong understanding of social media management platforms
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and social listening tools to enhance content discoverability
• Experience in video editing to produce engaging multimedia content for diverse platforms
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and digital marketing strategies to boost posts or run targeted campaigns
• Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is accurate, clear, and aligned with branding standards
• Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and web analytics tools for insights into audience behavior and campaign performance
• Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers and managing online communities effectively
