Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Content Creator
Location: Wilmington, NC (Local shoots required)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week

Linden Creek is a fast-growing luxury home staging company serving the Wilmington real estate market. We partner with top-performing agents and builders to help listings stand out and sell faster through elevated design and strategic presentation.

We’re growing our brand and looking for a creative, social-media-savvy content creator to help us build a polished and engaging Instagram presence.

The Opportunity

This is a great role for someone building experience in marketing, social media, or content creation who wants hands-on experience in luxury real estate marketing. Flexible part-time hours and strong portfolio-building potential.

Responsibilities

• Film staging installs, walkthroughs, and agent events
• Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
• Create Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts
• Edit short-form vertical videos with music, captions, and clean pacing
• Assist with content planning and posting schedule

Requirements

• Comfortable filming on smartphone (iPhone preferred)
• Familiar with Instagram and short-form video trends
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
• Strong visual eye for lighting and composition
• Reliable transportation for local shoots

Bonus: Interest in real estate, interior design, or marketing

Pay: $20.00 per hour
