Part-Time Social Media Content Creator (Reels) – Café

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Social Media Content Creator (Reels) for our vibrant café to craft captivating short-form videos that showcase our offerings, atmosphere, and brand story. Duties

• Create and post 3–5 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) per week
• Film content in-store (coffee making, food, behind-the-scenes, daily specials)
• Edit videos using simple apps like CapCut or similar
• Post content on a consistent weekly schedule
• Capture the aesthetic and vibe of the café

Requirements

• Must be reliable and consistent (most important)

(No advanced software or marketing experience required)

• Able to meet weekly posting requirements without reminders
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video
• Organized and punctual
• Interest in food, coffee, or social media is a plus

Pay

• $15/hour (4–10 hours per week)
• Additional performance bonuses available based on video reach

Performance bonuses:

• $10 for 3,000+ views
• $25 for 10,000+ views
• $75 for 50,000+ views
• $100 for 100,000+ views

Bonuses apply when weekly posting requirements are met.

Important

This role requires consistent weekly output (3–5 posts).
If you are not able to maintain that every week, this will not be the right fit.
