Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure consistent branding and high-quality posts.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to align messaging across all channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO by integrating relevant keywords through keyword research techniques to increase organic reach.
  • Assist in planning and executing Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Support photography and video editing projects to produce engaging multimedia content for various platforms.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publishing.
  • Track campaign performance using web analytics tools; prepare reports that highlight insights and opportunities for improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong passion for social media trends is essential.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Mention is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro or other video editing software), and Canva is highly desirable.
  • Experience with scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer will help streamline your workflow.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research techniques, and web analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies across multiple channels including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading skills combined with an eye for detail ensure all content is polished before publication.
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively with team members, external partners, influencers, and community members is key to success in this role.
