Part-Time Social Media Marketing & Executive Assistant

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing & Executive Assistant who’s organized, creative, and genuinely excited about the intersection of healthcare, aesthetics, and storytelling.
You’ll help keep our brand running smoothly behind the scenes — from organizing content and tracking projects to scheduling posts and researching trends.

This role is ideal for someone who loves both the creative side of social media and the structure of operations — someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-moving creative environment.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Marketing

• Organize our content library (photos, videos, captions) so nothing gets lost in the shuffle
• Schedule and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Research trends, sounds, and creative ideas to inspire upcoming campaigns
• Help with captions, stories, and light copywriting that fits each brand’s voice
• Support brand development projects — from moodboards to launch planning

Executive & Project Support

• Keep track of project timelines, assets, and deliverables
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and light admin work
• Maintain team boards in Notion or Asana to keep everyone aligned
• Communicate with team members or clients when follow-ups are needed
