Part-Time Social Media Support Content Creator + Front Desk

Guest Services & Social Content Coordinator

This is a front desk receptionist role with built-in downtime, and it’s a great fit for someone who naturally enjoys capturing social media content.

We’re looking for someone who brings some personality to our team! Someone who’s comfortable noticing moments worth filming and creating content consistently throughout their shift, alongside front desk responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

Front Desk

• Greet guests + check them in/out
• Answer phones + book appointments
• Keep the front running smoothly

Content Creation (during slower moments)

• Capture Reels, Stories, transformations, behind-the-scenes clips
• Notice the “this is a moment” moments
• Organize + edit content
• Help us stay consistent and relevant online

Team Support

• Light admin tasks
• Inventory support
• Jump in where needed

• Are comfortable filming on a phone and hitting record without hesitation
• Enjoy creating behind-the-scenes, short-form content regularly
• Naturally notice content moments (reveals, transformations, salon vibe)
• Are reliable, punctual, and full of energy
• Can work weekday afternoons/evenings and some Saturdays (including early morning Saturdays)

The Schedule:

• 11–25 hours/week (with potential for more)
• Shifts run Monday–Thursday with hours between 2:30pm–9:30pm and may vary week to week.
• Occasional Fridays
• Saturdays required 2x per month (some Saturdays have a 6:40am start time)
• Closed Sundays

$15/hour base pay, with performance-based content bonus opportunities tied to quality, consistency, and execution
