About the Family
A warm and supportive family in Landenberg, PA is seeking a reliable and experienced caregiver to assist with their elementary-aged child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. They’re looking for someone who can provide consistent afternoon care and support the child’s routines in a structured, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate is calm, proactive, and confident working with neurodiverse children.

Schedule & Compensation
Days/Hours: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $32/hour
Additional Benefits: Mileage reimbursement for transportation

Responsibilities
This role includes afternoon care for one child, including school pickup, engaging activities at home or in the community, and support with routines such as snack, homework, play, and transitions. The caregiver will play an important role in maintaining a calm, structured environment and supporting emotional regulation.

The ideal caregiver has a background in special education, behavioral therapy, or any field focused on neurodiverse individuals. Is CPR/First Aid certified, has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willing to obtain a background check and open to a long-term role.

Pay: $32.00 per hour
