A respectful family of three in the Beverly neighborhood is seeking a reliable and calm, summer nanny to care for their five year old son, who is on the spectrum (non verbal) to start early June, 2026 or as soon as possible. This role focuses on providing attentive supervision, supporting emotional regulation and developmental growth. It also includes toiletry support and helping manage afterschool and nighttime routines, including snack and dinner support. Dad works from home but remains in a separate space.

Schedule: 12-20hrs a week. Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-7:30pm, (schedule subject to increase/decrease based on child’s school needs and nanny availability). 12 guaranteed hours per week, with the opportunity to work more. This schedule will remain for the summer, and nanny will have the opportunity to stay throughout the Fall 2026 school year.

Household duties: Do child’s laundry as needed. Clean and organize play areas/rooms.

The ideal candidate is calm but good with boundaries, organized, professional, and creative. Someone who isn’t moved by chaos and is active. The family is looking for a sound and stable voice in their home. Students are encouraged to apply! Several years of experience working with Autism required. Ideally Occupational Therapy or ABA degree preferred. CPR/First Aid required.

This position is approximately 12-20hrs hours per week, offering $31-33/hr per hour. W2 taxes withheld.
