About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Specialist Pediatrician to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide expert medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop effective treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide preventive health advice, vaccinations, and developmental assessments.
• Manage both acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Collaborate with nurses, general practitioners, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Offer guidance and education to parents and caregivers regarding child health, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Participate in case reviews, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (e.g., MD, Fellowship, or Diploma in Pediatrics).
• Valid medical license/registration with the relevant medical board or council.
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in pediatric practice.
• Proven ability to manage a wide range of pediatric conditions and provide high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning.

Work Schedule

• Part-time
• On-site presence required for consultations and clinical duties.
