Student Ages: 7–12

Camp Schedule & Classes

Guide young investigators through fun mysteries while teaching observation skills, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Jr. Crime Scene Detectives
June 1 – June 5 (Mon–Fri)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Lead hands-on experiments as students explore textures, chemistry basics, and creativity through slime-making fun!

Slime Science: A Gooey Exploration of Creativity
June 8 – June 12 (Mon–Fri)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Teach students beginner magic tricks while building confidence, presentation skills, and creativity.

Magic Makers: Learn the Art of Illusion
June 8 – June 12 (Mon–Fri)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Provide engaging, tailored instruction in Jewelry Crafting
• Support students in mastering subject concepts and building confidence
• Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
• Lead structured, engaging enrichment classes.
• Follow provided curriculum and materials.
• Create a safe, positive, and energetic learning environment.
• Manage a small group of elementary students.

Qualifications:

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience in arts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with students of varying skill levels
• Reliable and punctual
• Has a personal vehicle
• Has a laptop/computer and good internet connection
• Passionate about art, creativity, and teaching kids.
• Experience working with children (teaching, camps, tutoring, youth programs).
• High energy, reliable, and confident leading groups.
• Able to complete Tracy, CA Live Scan fingerprinting prior to start.

Good to have:

• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to relate to students with various academic levels and needs
• Previous tutoring & teaching experience is preferred
• A College degree is preferred

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
