Job: Part-time

Location: Carpenter Park Recreation Center, Tempe, AZ; TMC Art Room, Tempe, AZ; Liberty Recreation Center, Tempe, AZ; TMC – Aquatic Classroom, Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

Setting: Classroom set-up (In-person)

Job Duties:

  • Assist students individually or in groups in targeted subjects
  • Host workshops and hands-on activities
  • Model and encourage collaborative learning strategies
  • Create, manage, and organize instructional resources
  • Contribute to a friendly and productive learning environment
  • Meet regularly with the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (education, English, mathematics) preferred
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or enrichment programs highly desirable
  • Patience and ability to work with diverse learning styles
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
  • Reliable and able to commit to the schedule
  • Personal vehicle and laptop required
  • Must live in the area where classes are held
  • Experience with children preferred

Salary: $25–$30 per hour

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children
  • Own transportation and laptop
  • Experience in enrichment topics preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
