Part-Time Supplemental Pet Sitter & Dog Walker (W2 Employee)

Pet Sitting Pawfection is hiring dependable, professional part-time W2 pet sitters and dog walkers committed to safety, communication, and high-quality care. This is a long-term growth position, not temporary work.

Schedule & Pay:

• Starting hours: approx. 3 to 5 hours/week, increasing based on performance and demand
• Shift windows between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm in 2 to 3-hour blocks
• Training pay: $12.77/hour
• Post-training pay: $13/hour with performance-based raises
• Paid training and shadowing, flexible scheduling, discounted personal pet care, referral bonuses, leadership growth opportunities

Service Area: Virginia Beach (23454, 23452, 23451, and nearby areas). Applicants within 20 minutes preferred. Reliable transportation required, including ability to transport pets for emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• In-home pet visits and dog walks
• Detailed visit reports with photos/videos
• Professional client communication
• Follow care protocols and maintain punctuality

Requirements (non-negotiable):
21+, valid driver’s license and clean record, reliable vehicle, smartphone, able to lift up to 75 lbs, comfortable working outdoors, in various weather, and in homes with security cameras, strong communication skills, pass background check.

Includes paid onboarding, 2-week training period, and ongoing development. Ideal candidates value structure, accountability, and professionalism.
