Part-time Surgery Registered Nurse (RN)

Department: Surgical Services including Same Day Surgery, Operating Room, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit

Hours: Part-time 0.6 FTE, Day/Evening Shift, Monday-Friday (scheduled shifts may vary) including after-hours, weekend, and holiday call rotation

Floyd County Medical Center is expanding services and seeking a surgery nurse to join our team!

Position Overview: The surgery RN is responsible for providing perioperative care to the surgical patient. Serves the population from neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Minimum of associate’s degree in nursing (ADN).
• Minimum of one (1) years’ of surgical nursing experience.
