Faith School is a preschool located within Faith Lutheran Church in Stephenville TX. We care for children 6 weeks old to 5 years old and have an afterschool program for children up to 12 years old. We are passionate about providing quality care for children whether it be social-emotional or academic- our kids get the best!

Faith School Part Time Teacher

To provide a structured, disciplined and Christian learning environment for preschool aged children within the guidelines of out school's policies and procedures, state minimum standards and curriculum requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Provided a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool- aged children
• Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among children.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure each children's developmental needs are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare, or a preschool setting preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention strategies.
• Ability to educate and engage young learners through creative teaching methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• participates in in-service training, continuing education workshops and conferences, staff meetings, respective age-level planning/teacher meetings, conferencing with parents and setting up a classroom
• Above all, enrich children's lives by loving them as our own, tending to their needs with urgency and sharing the Gospel of our Lord with them daily.
