Looking to fill both Team Lead and Team Member positions:
Team Leads are responsible for enforcing policies and procedures and maintaining a friendly and efficient work environment. The right candidate for this job has some food and management experience and is able to work closely with upper management to accomplish a common goal.
Team Members are the heart and soul of Sauce Boss' success! They are the front lines of everything that goes on at Sauce Boss. The best candidate for this job needs to be able to work well under pressure and always maintain a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
Responsibilities:
- Remain familiar and be in compliance of employee handbook and training manual
- Maintains up to date knowledge of recipes, ingredients, specials, and promo items
- Remain vigilant of common allergies and dietary restrictions to modify recipes when requested
- Use correct portions when prepping/serving
- Proactively utilize non-peak service times to prepare for peak service times/rushes
- Restock stations as needed
- Clean and sanitize work areas/utensils
- Execute safe use and cleaning of all kitchen equipment including slicers, presses, knives, etc.
- Cross-train to other positions in the kitchen
- Exhibit excellent customer service
- Following all food safety guidelines as set forth by Company and Florida State Health Dept.
- Check food and ingredients for freshness
- Work well under pressure while maintaining regular ticket times
- Have good hygiene (clean uniform/well groomed/etc.)
- Coordinate orders with other positions as necessary
- Works cooperatively with Management and Teammates
- Complete opening/mid-shift/closing tasks as required and any other duties as designated by Management
- Maintain Food safety certifications
- Present ideas for improvement and streamlining the kitchen processes to Upper Management
