Are you ready to make a difference while jamming out to Kids Bop and spreading joy? At We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym, we're looking for enthusiastic team members who love sensory play, have a calming demeanor, and are passionate about creating a magical experience for kids of all abilities.

Your Role:

- Welcome our awesome customers with a warm smile and maybe a dance move!

- Engage and play with children in a safe, inclusive environment

- Keep the gym tidy and ready for the next round of fun

- Check in guests and assist with special events like birthday parties and camps

- Be a rockstar in helping kids explore and learn through our specially designed equipment

About We Rock the Spectrum:

We’re all about fun, learning, and inclusion! Our gym is a haven for children of all abilities, offering a space where they can safely explore, develop motor skills, and make new friends. From fine motor to gross motor skills, our equipment is tailored to enhance every child's experience.

What We’re Looking For:

- A love for working with kids of all abilities and a passion for sensory play

- Experience with children (bonus points if you've worked with kids with special needs)

- Students or graduates in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Business Management, or related fields are preferred

- The ability to stand, move, and groove on your feet for extended periods

- A commitment to safety, including a background check and CPR certification

- Willingness to put down your phone and fully engage in creating an amazing experience for our kids and families

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
