We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service and retail environment. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to a positive shopping experience, including food preparation, sanitation, and customer assistance.

Job Summary

Duties include food preparation, customer interaction, taking orders and processing payments, maintaining food safety and sanitation, and general establishment tasks and maintenance. We offer an hourly pay plus tips with plenty of room to grow! HoneyBaked also offers one of the best schedules in the area. Our hours are M-Sat 10am-6pm (approx) and closed on Sundays!

Starting salary based on experience.

Requirements

o Good communication skills and attention to detail.

o Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.

o Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is preferred.

o Experience as a cashier, crew member, sales associate or store associate is a big plus.

o Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and transportation needed, to deliver catering orders.

o Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs..

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
