Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls regarding product issues and troubleshooting.
- Resolve technical issues remotely whenever possible.
- Work with our customer service team to handle customer complaints and service cases.
- Coordinate local technicians when on-site repairs are needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Prepare a simple monthly report summarizing common issues and solutions.
Requirements
- Located in the United States.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical support, repair, maintenance, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with elderly customers and caregivers.
