Part-Time Telemarketer / Cold Caller

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous communications to build relationships.
• Clearly explain company offerings and value propositions to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM / call logs.
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
