Sunrise Family Credit Union is currently seeking a friendly, motivated candidate for a Part-time Service Specialist (Teller) at their Bay City location.

The selected applicant will be responsible for processing member transactions in an accurate and timely manner, delivering superior member service and recommending products and services that match members’ needs.

Job Duties (Include but not limited to):

  • Performing financial transactions such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments and more.
  • Balancing and verifying cash totals
  • Ensures that members’ requests and questions are promptly answered
  • Promote credit union products and services.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Cash Handling Experience Helpful
  • Availability to work Saturdays on a rotation basis.
  • Must be bondable
  • Good Communication skills
  • Detail Oriented/Accurate

Job Type: Part-time

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Cash Handling: 1 year
  • Customer Service: 1 year

Hours per week:

  • 25-32

Work Includes

  • Saturdays on a rotational basis
