Part-Time Teller/CSR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and personable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling transactions accurately, and promoting financial products and services.

Duties:

• Interact with customers
• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Promote financial products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist customers with account management and problem resolution
• Adhere to security procedures for cash handling
• Following bank policies and procedures to ensure ethical business practices

Qualifications:

• Strong customer relationship skills
• Proficiency in cash handling and cash register operations
• Knowledge of basic math principles for financial transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of financial terms, practices and laws
• Ability to detect and prevent fraud in financial transactions
• A good team player who works well under pressure
