Part-time Texas Bankruptcy Attorney Needed - $150.00/hour

Requirements:

· Texas-licensed attorney in good standing with no disciplinary history in ANY state and admitted to the relevant courts for bankruptcy work.

· Lead attorney position: must be a self-starter who can run all aspects of their cases.

· Minimum of 5 years primarily bankruptcy law experience.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must be very responsive and empathetic to clients.

· Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills.

· Candidate located (resides) within reasonable travel distance of either Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or El Paso and relevant courts.

Duties:

· The successful candidate will possess the skills and desire to run all aspects of their cases and handle bankruptcy law matters for a diverse population of clients.

· No minimum billed-hours requirement.

· Must be able to work remotely.

· Knowledge of Clio legal software a plus.
