Part-Time to Full-Time Associate Attorney

About Us:

The Dunning Law Firm, APC is a small, family-run law firm that has been in practice for over 30 years. Our focus is business litigation, collections, replevin, and bankruptcy. We represent banks, lenders, trustees, and other individuals in California state and federal courts.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an associate attorney licensed in California with 0 to 5 years of experience to join our firm with a part-time position that has room to grow into a full-time position. This is a great position for someone just starting out, or looking for a change. The benefits of this position are low billable hour requirements, a supportive and welcoming team, and training. This is a job that supports work-life balance because there would be no expectation of taking work home.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this job position include: preparing legal pleadings; appearing before Courts for status conferences, hearings, and bench trials; and negotiate resolution of cases and prepare related settlement documents.

Wage:

Wage will be based upon level of experience, relevant skills, and years of practice.
