We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in various driving disciplines. This role is crucial in ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to operate vehicles safely and efficiently, including commercial vehicles, buses, and specialized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for various driving roles, including commercial driving, school bus driving, and forklift operation.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure employees are proficient in operating different types of vehicles such as tankers, flatbeds, limousines, and pallet jacks.
• Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards to ensure all training materials are compliant.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that meet organizational goals.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement among trainees.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage trainees.
• Experience in commercial driving, school bus driving, or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in operating a variety of vehicles including forklifts, tankers, flatbeds, limousines, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions and schedules effectively.
