Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees in the aviation sector. This role requires a strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations, aircraft maintenance, and effective teaching methodologies. The Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all training materials are relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards.

Duties

• Develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to various learning styles and needs.
• Conduct engaging training sessions in both classroom and practical settings.
• Facilitate workshops that cover topics such as airframe systems, aircraft maintenance, and aviation regulations.
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve training programs.
• Utilize public speaking skills to effectively communicate complex information in an understandable manner.
• Support military personnel transitioning into civilian aviation roles by providing specialized training programs.
