Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, including assistance with wheelchair transfers and luggage management

• Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, routes, and passenger manifests

• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment

• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and office staff to ensure seamless transportation experiences

• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or training in a related field preferred

• 1 year of experience in transportation or a related field; experience working with vulnerable populations a plus

• Valid Driver License

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Working Conditions:

• Salary: $16 - $17 HOURLY

• Job Type: PART_TIME

• Minimum Years of Experience: 1
