Part-Time Tutor – Columbus (Gahanna Area)

My Learning Labs is growing its academic support programme across the Columbus region and is currently seeking a Part-Time tutor to support students in small-group sessions at our Gahanna location.

This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working with students and are looking for a flexible opportunity to contribute to a structured learning environment.

Role Overview

As a Learning Instructor, you will support students during guided academic sessions, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and improve their understanding of key concepts. All lesson materials and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead structured learning activities for small student groups
• Encourage participation and assist students with academic tasks
• Adapt explanations based on different learning needs
• Maintain attendance records and follow programme guidelines
• Create a positive and focused learning atmosphere

Schedule & Location

• Location: Gahanna / Columbus area
• Additional weekday and weekend hours may become available
• Ability to travel between locations is beneficial

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

• Communicate clearly and work well with students
• Are dependable and maintain consistent availability
• Have an interest in education or mentoring
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is helpful but not essential

Pay & Benefits
