Part-Time Videographer / Content Creator (Flexible Hours, Growth Potential) Clean Casa + Casa Detailing | Highland, UT

We run two growing service businesses in Utah County: Clean Casa (residential and short-term rental cleaning) and Casa Detailing (mobile auto detailing). We're building out our social media presence and need someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram Reels to help us do it.

This is not a corporate video role. We need content that actually performs: before/afters, process clips, how-to videos, trending formats, team moments, and anything else you think will stop the scroll. If you have ideas, we want to hear them.

What you'll do:

• Ride along to 1-2 job sites per week and film content on location
• Capture before/after footage, detail shots, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Create how-to content (cleaning tips, detailing breakdowns, etc.)
• Jump on trending formats when they fit our brand
• Post or hand off finished content on a consistent schedule
• Bring your own creative ideas to the table

What we're looking for:

• You already make content and understand what performs on short-form platforms
• You follow trends and know how to adapt them for a service business
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or whatever you use)
• Reliable, shows up when scheduled, communicates well
• Based in Utah County or SLC

Details:

• 4-6 hours per week to start
• This role is built to grow. We're investing in content as a core part of our business, and the right person will have the opportunity to move into a full-time position as that investment scales
• Hourly pay, $15 or flat fee per video is also fine!
• Flexible scheduling around job site availability

Pay: $15.00 per hour
